Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)


The Bachelor of Business Administration degree was developed for students to have a solid, conceptual understanding of business and organisational management, along with the knowledge application, communication and leadership skills necessary in a modern business environment. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of management and will gain a thorough understanding of business disciplines and the principles of management in a world context. Students will learn to connect business concepts to a larger global society, and prepare themselves towards a clearer career path within the field of business. This undegraduate programme has an equivalent of 180 credits in the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) with a minimum recommended course duration of 4,500 study hours.

For students to be awarded this degree, they must pass and complete all the courses outlined below. In addition, students in this programme are required to submit a thesis as the final requirement for graduation.

Additional Course Requirements

Students enrolled in this programme after 1 July 2020 are required to take a minimum of 50 hours worth of business subjects from the Open University (UK). Courses are free to enroll and a Statement of Participation is given after each course. Please browse the courses below:


Alternatively, you may take the free courses being offered at OpenLearning.com. They have partnered with different institutions including the University of Technology Sydney, Charles Sturt University, University of New South Wales Sydney, University of Science - Malaysia, University of Newcastle, and Sunway University among others. A minimum of 50 hours is also needed. Some courses do not offer a certificate so you can submit a screen shot as proof of completion. You may browse their courses below:  


In addition, students will need to complete the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certificate course from Google Digital Garage. This free course from Google is accredited by the Interactive Advertising Bureau Europe and the Open University (UK). Information and programme enrollment is here:
